Ole couture endeavor is to ensure that every single transaction on our website is easy and seamless. We follow standard operating systems to deliver our products and adhere to the highest quality checks and standards. If there’s ever a situation in which you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to the  options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Defective, damaged, wrong supply of products:

We advise our customer to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. This refers to every kind of purchase made on our website.

In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to the packet, please leave a remark on receipt to the logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at care.olecouture@gmail.com within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  1. An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  2. If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, colour mismatch or fabric mismatch.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

1. Order number

2.  Delivery address

3. Specify the reason for return and

4. in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, post which our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by the Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on theolecouture.com  as accurately as possible. However, different devices can reflect colour variations. There could be variations between what you see on your computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices. And so, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate. 

Store Credit / Refund

  • We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a store credit, as applicable in your case. This will be processed within 7 business days after receiving products as per theolecouture  - Terms & Conditions.
  • Any refund will be made in the original method of payment – Only in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the credit note or refund will also include the proportionate shipping cost. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 48 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

  • Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
  • Custom made and Made to order products. (see terms and conditions for definitions)
  • Orders placed using store credit.
  • Unstitched items like Stoles, Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse pieces.
  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion
  • Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms are non exchangeable for hygiene purposes.

Post Purchase Service

  • A complimentary alteration service is available on full priced garments only, within one month of purchase. This complimentary service is only available for basic alterations. Other alterations are available upon reviewing the item but may incur a charge.
    All alterations will be chargeable for sale items and garments after 1 months of purchase.
    To place an alteration request, please Contact Us via email/phone or visit one of our ole couture stores.

GIFT CARD

  • Once issued, your Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the time of purchase.
  • In order to redeem your Gift Card, you need to register on Ole’s website.
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on Ole’s website.
  • However, they cannot be returned or refunded, and are non-transferable. Gift Cards cannot be treated as cash, redeemed  in part or in whole, or converted into credit notes.
  • They cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.
  • If your order exceeds the value of the digital Gift Card this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift voucher must be paid by credit/debit card/netbanking or Paypal.
  • If you wish to return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, please refer to Ole couture Exchange & Return Policy to see what's applicable.
  • ole couture does not take any responsibility if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. We shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchases made using the Gift Card. We presume that the guest entering the Gift Card code is the intended beneficiary of the voucher. Hence, we shall not verify whether the person redeeming it is the actual/intended beneficiary of the gift card.
  • An E-Gift card once issued, cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • theolecouture.com reserves the right to decline redemption of a Gift Card without prior intimation if we reasonably suspect that the gift code has been utilised or is invalid, or if the guest is not the intended recipient.
  • No delivery charges apply to ole couture Gift Card as it’s an  e-card. However, Ole’s couture standard delivery T&C apply for purchases made with it.
  • If a guest purchases the olecouture Gift Card(s) alongside other products, standard delivery charges will apply (except during promotional free delivery periods).
  • Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, with the exception of free delivery promotions.
  • This gift card will be governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India only.

Customer Credit

  • Credits are issued upon returning or exchanging a product online.
  • Once the returned item has passed our quality check process, we issue a credit code of the value of the product which can be redeemed on your next purchase online during checkout.
  • If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order online. You will be refunded against a credit code which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly.
  • This credit code that is generated against your return/exchange is applicable at the time of checkout, the final stage of placing the order online.
  • All credit codes have a validity of 6 months from the date of issue.
  • All credit notes are for one time use only.
  • You can Contact Us to check the validity of your credit code.

Orders on "Discount"

There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of discounts were applied. For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale, offer, or discount code. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may connect with us within 48hrs, and the team can assist you in initiating an exchange as long as the merchandise is unused, and in the same condition as you received it along with original tags. You need to inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of product. The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team at Ole couture will inspect the product, and on a case by case basis, the exchange will be made possible. If you do not want an exchange, a refund will only be in the form of a Credit Note.

Ready to Ship pieces will not be on discount. All products purchased on discount will be made to order as per mentioned timeline on the page.
